E. Coli

Objective

Evaluate Cube Scan’s efficacy in detecting E. coli in water samples.

Potential Application

Detecting E. Coli in urine samples from canine and feline patients.

Methodology

240 samples were analyzed using Cube Scan and compared with culture-based diagnostics.

Results

Cube Scan demonstrated 87% accuracy, detecting E. coli presence, with a specificity of 93%.

Objective
